Well organized, clean, and well maintained. Staffing: Helpful staff. Great people willing to help out and motivate. Most important Pro: Fellow gym rats! I have yet to see a gym where the patrons take as much pride in the place as the people that run it. Equipment is always placed back where it belongs (most of the time) and cleaned off. People are extremely friendly and willing to help each other out. That is my biggest concern in all the gyms I have visited. Everyone is out to help each other improve themselves. Everyone has a different capability. I've had both knees replaced and the range of motion I've gotten since doing Barre is incredible. Pearl, her Grandmother does a senior Barre class which I also take as I'm a senior. Her classes are not as intense, however, you WILL get a workout. Pearl also teaches beginner tap and advance tap. It's so much fun to learn something new and not the run of the mill. Starr often teaches Barre and she will work you as hard as Mandie with corrections as well. TRX is also offered, but at this time as there is a schedule change, Look up when the classes are available. This is not an aerobic class but it does get there. . It's form, balance, posture and toning.. Working on all the parts of your body, boody, flabby arms, and toning your abs. Get off the couch and have some fun with us.
