They hooked me upp withh a guest pass and allowed me to come workout on my jet lagged schedule. They had all the gear I needed, and even a few things that my gym at home doesn't. Super clean facility, doesn't have that typical gym funk smell either. If I lived here, I'd join in a heartbeat. Because I don't, I have to be thankful that they have a generous guest pass policy and are just such good people. Two thumbs up!!

I have started going later in the morning and have found that there are more people the but still enough machines to not wait on one or bump into anyone working out on the weight machines. The staff, when there (during normal business hours) are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable (and if they don't know they'll find out)! Overall I've been very pleased with the facility and the staff. I wouldn't feel uncomfortable going here in the early morning hours alone as it is well lit, secure in the building, and people there in case of an emergency.

The weight room is decent with Dumbbells, ellipticals, treadmills, television and a setup for personalizing music if you choose to do so. There is more than adequate Parking available covered and open-air. The locker room is equipped with three showers, sinks and temporary small box lockers. They offer a discount of you sign up for automatic deductions from your credit/debit card instead of paying per month as needed.

They showed me around, answered my questions and did not treat me like I was going to be a blight on their property because I was not 25 years old and in great shape. Truly, they are there to help you not make it a pick up spot. I requested a personal trainer and was lined up with one for the very next day at a time that I picked. I was asked a lot of questions by the trainer as to what I was looking for and she focused on those techniques to help me achieve my goals. It has wipes all over so you can clean the machines after you use them and it never smells bad. The staff is always smiling and seem to be in a good mood when I come in. I'm so happy I kept looking.

I was scrolling on Instagram, and YAY, I found this place. I've completed a handful of classes and my favorite is the circuit training/full body workout with Mary Claire. She's so kind and supportive. She's been very patient with me and it motivates me to be better. I can't wait to return Thursday
