They got employees that rather talk than attend to a patient. They are unprofessional when it comes to a patient.

My husband and I decided to donate plasma for the first time ever on 07/05/26. Knowing what we know…read morenow, we wish we wouldn't have. The $100 wasn't worth the awful experience or the 4 hour wait! We arrived at 11:09am. After an hour, I took the packets up to the counter to ask what we should do with them and that's when their nightmare named Kim rudely stated to take them back to my seat and sit down! I did as I was told to be seated for another hour while people who came in an hour after us were walking out because they had donated. I was then called back to registration 2 1/2 hours after entering the facility. Landen did a great job but then, Kim graced my presence. Kim yelled at me for playing a game on my phone stating the sign said no phones! I did see the sign but it said no phone calls and I was confused since I wasn't actually using my phone to make a call or record, but I complied anyhow. Kim then asked me if I was on medication to which I responded "yep." Apparently, my answer was supposed to be yes ma'am because Kim screamed "do we have a problem?!?" I was unsure what was going on really, so I responded I don't think so, do we?? At that point Kim came undone. She started yelling to the other people doing intake that I had an attitude and she was refusing to see me. I couldn't help but laugh because all I had said was "yep." Honestly, Kelsie was who saved me from Kim and I couldn't have been more excited about that because Kim's hygiene was extremely horrible and I was about to gag from the smell of body odor in that small room. Kelsie was beyond friendly and I'm sure it had to do with the unnecessary scene that Kim caused. I heard Kim talk about me the entire time I finished up with Kelsie and I heard her again as I waited to see Alane who was also wonderful. I'm going to include pictures of my arms but a shout out to Brooke for fixing me up so I didn't have to endure more digging in my left arm. We walked out at 3:07 pm. My husband said that he has been checked in by Kim as well and she hadn't said a thing to him about playing on his phone. She also told him that she just dealt with his wife and "felt sorry for him". She also remarked about how his hands were "nice hard working hands". My husband said he felt awkward after she told him she felt sorry for him and the compliment about his hands made him feel downright uncomfortabe. He and I agreed that she seemed to have something against me. Neither of us will return and I hope staff addresses proper hygiene in a medical environment and how important that is. Kudos to Landon, Kelsie, Alane and Brooke though.

Raise the payment rate!!! You are getting a massive influx of new donors(that makes every one…read moreelses's process slower) and you lower rates? Why? Greed, tariffs- both? There should be a separate section of beds for new donors, I've had up to 6 people take their place in front of- NOT spacing out-ridiculous- and NOW you cut rates??? Promote and recognize the employees that do a GREAT job! Consistently working, NOT gossiping, efficiently getting the job done! Brandon- new guy?- impressed with him- he stays on top of who is finishing , keeps an eye on who is getting ready to finish( instead of choosing who he wants to do next) Tomi- always top notch service as well as Tocara-keeps on moving-getting the job done , Lane and Cam- she's a very hard worker! Landen, Amy, Kim, Pam, Jazmin and Ethan ( excellent at explaining the process) are all great!

And they singled me out in a rude way. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Everyone was looking at me. They asked me to leave I cried it the car

Id atleast like someone to be advised on better mannerisms the next time someone takes the time to come in seeking to donate blood, after all we are in a blood donation shortage in america and with customer service skills like that, I guarantee it will continue to stay that way.
