On 13 rd September I opened the frist bag rinsed shrimps so many times and cooked them,I ate shrimps and there were a lot of sands in my mouth. At that night, my skin felt very itchy.I took another bag of shimp went to Marietta restaurant depot to return it two times,But even though I showed there are a lot of sands all over the shrimps in front of the cashier in the store, the manager still rudely refused return it because it is over three days return times frame. Eating shimps with sands is not healthy and would cause many diseases. Store should be responsible for the quality problem of the sold product ,cannot use store return time frame to avoid responsibility . One of the managers Juan was so kind to place the order for us when we expressed difficulties using the online ordering option as the app was outdated then we needed a password reset etc. Juan stepped in and did our order then explained how to do the app later. He was so patient and knowledgeable and kind. We are planning a celebration of life so things are stressful currently with our to do list. This experience renewed my faith in humanity.

The delivery was early on Thursday when it was supposed to be at the house, it came in a nice bag, instructions not only for cooking but how to store the leftovers, as if there would be any. They even went as far to recommend freezing if you wanted and the expiration date. We had a dinner party and I usually go to a specialty shop in NYC when there on business..............remember those days when you'd travel for business on an airplane?
