Every incident, whether it was a big crisis such as replacing a hot water tank, to the mundane, she has responded quickly and efficiently. I value the weekly detailed reports and photos of my home. She coordinates with my other home vendors if she encounters a potential problem and takes charge in finding a solution. Communication with Nancy is prompt and thorough. She provides peace of mind, and I can trust that services are completed with the utmost integrity, professionalism and positively. Her other services offered go beyond the traditional home watch to include airport pickup, party planning and closet organization. She has an incredible can-do attitude and a willingness to exceed the expectation of her clients. She puts her clients first and with high integrity.
