Customer service and great communication! We used them for a client event, and they delivered top-notch service from start to finish. Their online portal is efficient and makes the process flawless. Our on-site booth attendant, Ainsley, was the best! His interactions with our guests were professional and lively. I booked the Gold Party package for me and my husband's non-traditional vow renewal. We also rented a Photo Booth. The onse-star review is for several reason. One reason that accounts for two negative star is because "Fully Interactive DJ" is listed as something included in the Gold Party Package on the website. My understanding of a "fully interactive DJ" is a dj that vocally interacts with the guests to hype up everyone - That was not the case. He only played music. I think the term "fully interactive dj" needs to be removed and/or clarified during the onboarding process of a new client. A The second reason that accounted for two negative stars is because there was an issue with us requesting the DJ to make announcements for us. My event planner sent an itinerary of the event on the week leading up to the event including announcements (i.e. "Grab a seat, the couple is here," "Don't forget to grab a drink at the open bar," etc...). The DJ reached out to us the day before the event and told us that it will be an extra $300 for him to make those announcements, or an extra $50-$100 for the event planner to make those announcements using his wireless or wired mic. That news was a shock to us for a couple of reasons: 1) We were already paid in full and it didn't seem like the DJ was open to working with us on it. 2) It was last minute - the day before the event. The itinerary was sent several days prior to that, and we should have known of the extra fees well before the day before the event. The customer service was not there for us. The third reason that accounts for one negative star is that the songs on the playlist that I provided to him were very rarely played. I made the playlist knowing the type of crowd that would be in attendance - the age group varied from 45+ and 25-39. I gave him one star (which puts him back at a one-star review) because he did a good job reading the few people on the dance floor (I was a part of the "few people" who did not leave the dance floor). It was me, my 50-year-old aunt, and my two sisters who fall in the 25-39 age range who was consistently on the dance floor. While he was good at playing throwback songs that my sisters and I love, he wasn't very effective getting other people on the dance floor. read more
