On my first visit, Cindy did my nails; there was a misunderstanding about the nail shape, but she refunded me, which I appreciated. Problems arose during my second visit with Mie. While doing my nails, she brought up inappropriate topics, including a disturbing claim that Justin Bieber became bisexual after being raped by a man. As a survivor of sexual abuse, this comment was deeply upsetting. Despite being overcharged -- including a $5 charge for a shape I didn't request -- I didn't raise the issue immediately because I just wanted to leave. When I addressed it on my third visit, Mie and Cindy justified the charge as extra work, though it hadn't been discussed. Cindy was calm and refunded me, but Mie became argumentative, defensive and dismissive, even scoffing when I told her her earlier comments regarding SA and rape were hurtful. She justified the extra charge as a "discount" but failed to communicate that beforehand. Overall, I found Mie's behavior unprofessional, and the experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. My issue wasn't the money, but the lack of transparency, sensitivity, and proper communication. I made an appointment well in advance for multiple pedicures, two adult and two children. No soaking, no foot scrub, no lotion, no warm towels! I was literally in shock. Further, there was a large sign when we had walked in about cash only on Sundays, which came as a surprise. I asked the cost and made sure we had enough to cover them all. Since we would've been a little short, they offered to let one of us use Venmo. The whole situation after was awkward. So after the most lackluster and awkward pedicures, we paid, and my SIL who was using Venmo was told to only put "TY" for "thank you" in the comments and nothing about nails. Not only was the whole experience completely lacking, I paid the same $55 cost for the children as I did for my own pedicure. Most places I typically go do not charge the same rate for children and I'm just so shocked at how much they charged for pretty much just painting our toenails. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't imagine running a business and being okay providing that level of service and charging the "normal" amount.

She got me in and out and the nails looked better than ever when I was done. I love that they use a UV top coat I can't stand sitting waiting for them to dry. Also it was clean and they had TONS of polish to choose from which is great! Everyone was friendly. They knew every customers name that came in while I was sitting there. I have never had other services here but will get a pedi here next time.
