They assisted with explaining the damages to the insurance and also helped us make design choices! It was literally like building from the ground up. I got overwhelmed a few times and Jason and Luis both helped to explain the situation and get everything figured out from insurance to choosing the right paint to what length the flooring should be to make the house look the best. Their work was top notch and they treated us like we were top priority always. I know they had many other jobs going on at the same time as ours, but we never felt like they weren't there for us. Fast responses and they always returned our calls. We are already looking to do some other home improvements and will absolutely contract Big Iron Construction for those jobs as well! Then we get a call from the owner with a sob story and that he will refund all our money with interest. He began with $300 a week for 3 wks then stopped. Due to a pipe leak and resulting mold under our entire downstairs wooden flooring, we had to remediate the mold problem, replace the wood flooring, kitchen island & cabinets, re-route the underground piping, repair sheetrock, re-route the electrical wiring, replace the fireplace, as well as a host of other construction repairs. I don't know what we would have done without Rodney's assessment and planning skills. Rodney's knowledge, expertise, and due diligence insured the appropriate scheduling and co-ordination of multiple disparate construction disciplines and subcontractor specialists that were required to perform all the various construction trade activities.
