Michael David O'Brien was a director of The Belgrave Group from 28/4/2009 to July 2013 and is the current director of Capstone Investments. The Belgrave group started out selling USA properties in Detroit. However due to catastrophic events they ceased to operate in Detroit and set up a new company called Belgrave Atlanta which focused on the Atlanta property market. There is now a proposal the strike off Belgrave Atlanta. Its operations have switched to Capstone Investments. I lost a lot of money on the house in Detroit that I purchased from the Belgrave group. It was supposed to be refurbished but in fact it wasn't. I had to place it with another agent and pay for a complete refurbishment at huge cost. I had years of hassle and stress in order to get out of the mess. The house is located in a bad part of detroit and has been nothing but trouble. The house today is worth far less than I paid for it despite improved market conditions. I took legal action against The Belgrave Group for breach of contract and have a CCJ against them. I am not the only client that lost money with the Belgrave group there are many others. I have not received any payment from the Belgrave group to settle my claim. I will open my case in court and aboudsmant and for journalists and newspapers, government will be a good material how this business part acting and what are the tenants going through. It is disregard, shame, scam, use, scare, against the law for all individuals, bisnessmen how they act. They never follow the contract agreement ! It is only for tenants! If something happens and they need to carry on responsibility for get it,! Don't try to seek your rights otherwise you loose everything!!!

Hmmm, things here are not all they seem!…read more This company has a monopoly on bedsits and flats. A while ago we arranged to rent one for someone who needed somewhere to live quickly. Fast forward a bit, after he left I arranged to keep the key for an extra day so that an armchair I had loaned could be fetched. The next day my chair was gone, so we paid a visit to the office. In short, we had to call the police which magicly produced the said armchair, and a somewhat offensive phone call from Mr Wells. Not recommended.
