Worst company, please avoid. The job required a wall to be moved out and a new door installed,…read morereplacing the stairway spindles with drywall, replacing carpet, and repainting the most of the house. To help, we went on vacation so we would be out of the way. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! They finished 36 hours early, and the house was trashed. Dust on EVERYTHING, nothing put back, every wall had debris left in the paint from cheap rollers, paint drips on hardwood floors, the new half-wall drywall railing was not level or lined up properly on the floor, the new drywall installed was drastically bowed and not smoothed out. Baseboards were covered in paint drips that was not fixed, someone gashed a baseboard and doorway trim, but instead of fixing it they threw paint on it. The carpet seems cheap, and wasn't even completely tacked down in the corners. To make it worse, an entire room wasn't even painted when we returned. We called Troy to show him exactly what was wrong and even sent pictures. He stood there apologizing and said he would come back and fix everything that was wrong. We also agreed that he would refund us if it wasn't done properly after the being given the chance to fix it. Well, 10 days later....the railing was fixed, the new drywall was mostly fixed and blemishes in the wall paint was touched up. HOWEVER, it still looks horrible. Someone with 20 years of painting experience should know that if you patch washable paint you have to redo the entire wall, because you can see every patch they made. We sent him more pictures (I have over 600 overall) and demanded a refund as we had agreed, because he clearly couldn't fix it. Troy apparently doesn't follow his agreements, though, because he blocked our phone numbers and refused to answer emails. We had to hire a lawyer just to get some of the money back we wasted on this company. SO please, find another company...spend a couple more dollars on someone who will actually care for your house and complete the job right the first time.
