Best place for lightly used up to date clothing. I always shop there. Would highly recommend

The last three times I've come to sell clothes to this location, I was met with grouchy attitudes. Associates and managers acting like they don't even WANT to be there, let alone go through people's items. The time before this that I tried to sell, Jocelyn told the other young lady who was inputting my items (as I was literally sitting right by the window, in front of the buy counter), "vaule everything. It's not good anyway.", then smirked at me and walked away. I'm fully aware they have to buy items as needed, dictated by inventory... however, maybe they wouldn't be SO overloaded if they didn't buy items from people who support sweatshop operations like Shein. And walking through the store.. I wasn't impressed. This time, I was met by Ally and another associate who was going through someone's items. Rae said she would be right with me after she got another customer a fitting room, and as I waited Ally mumbled something I didn't hear. Then she snapped at me and said, "I can get you over here!" I walked over, she said that it would be about a half hour... five minutes later, I get a text. They wanted to take ONE item for $1.25. I'm not going to sit here and say all my items are flawless, name brand items.. but they're cute clothes and in great shape! It kinda looks like she set the basket aside and didn't even go through it. Quite frankly, I wouldn't go here unless you have either top end brands (but not too top end, because they "can't afford to buy those in") or fast fashion items, made from children in sweatshops. They don't have a very good selection. They tend to have a lot of walmart and stained clothes. The girls at the counter are always super friendly though. read more

Truly one of the best thrift stores in Jackson. I love going in there and the employees are always so nice. It's a great environment when you first walk in! read more

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! I took in several boxes of sorted and neatly folded clothes for sale. Tre was great and helped me carry everything in. Mercedes and the "20-something girls" smiled and told me it would be 30 minutes to browse my clothing so I could shop around. I was alerted to come back up to the desk and saw my boxes on the floor with every article of clothing rumpled in heaps! Mercedes just smiled and said "ok, we've chosen 3 items out of everything...here's your 11 dollars..." OK...That is fine... they couldn't use my stuff. I get it. That isn't the problem. I looked at her and said, "what happened to all my neatly folded clothes?" She said, "well, they are still 'mostly folded'". Are you kidding me!??? It looked like a washing machine exploded back into my boxes! Mercedes then said, "well, I can help you fold them better". I said, OK. Tre helped carry the boxes of clothing back to my car and I thought she was going to follow me out to help. Nope. It was here that I spent another 30 minutes re-folding EVERYTHING directly in FRONT of the store. Did Mercedes ever come out to help me "re-fold" Absolutely not. People, take your clothes to other re-sale shops that will respect your items, your time and be professional. read more

The smell of perfume/cologne is SOOOOO overwhelming I literally can't shop here. I'm not someone who comes on reviews to just complain this is seriously next level. It's a wall of perfume unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was so intense I can still TASTE it in my mouth 15 minutes after leaving the store. STOP SPRAYING PERFUME. It's a health hazard to your employees even if they are desensitized to it and it's a hazard to the public. GROSS read more

Waste of time and gas, They said they would take my stuff if I went back and grabbed my wallet. Then the girl with glasses and long brown hair said no. Either stick to your word or don't waste people's time. The Lansing location took it though. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to me worst enemy.....this place is a big joke, Management clearly don't have people skills; they are rude and disrespectful to their potential patrons. It's worth the drive to go to Lansing or Ann Arbor over dealing with this place. read more
