After endless Dr.'s who gave me the…read morerun around, did't listen, insulted me by only wanting the easy/peasy Pts./ must be in your head,giving, 15 min. visits to diagnose complicated deseases, on & on! 10+ yrs. waisted w/full blown Lupus & by that time other related deseases that kept coming all untreated, letting the now long list of conditions go crazy in my body! No help to slow the progression down meant I to this day do not have a clue what remission feels like(I tried to survive in that HELL for yrs!) Dr Nepveu has been my life saver/does everything she can, does't let u fall threw the crack's, listens & when she says she'll do something u can leave knowing she will without u begging for actual help..something numerous past Doc.'s did't do (once out there doors your forgotten/left to fend for yourself) you'll hear your hell story over & over in support groups so when u see someone like Dr Nepveu u think your dreaming! She does all she can for me & I can't thank her enough!! If all Docs. were like her I'd have a lot less stress/agony in my life to date. THANK-YOU KAREN (the only hope we have w/these endless, ongoing, multiplying deseases is early treatment to slow them down which can't help us w/endless Docs who push u along w/ no help..or its in your head insults) I know I've got one related desease after another & another tearing my body apart! A diligent Doc like Karen would have helped me have the better quality of life that's been robbed from me & many others out there. This pass u along injustice out there needs to stop! DO NO HARM should also mean do your best for your patients wellbeing even if takes putting in the time to do right by another! Anything less for many like myself means you HAVE DONE HARM itself!! We were…read moresitting in the waiting room, waiting to be called in when Sally McSweeney lost her mind, acted unprofessional and inappropriate because I had my mask under my nose. I was having a hard time breathing. I put the mask on, while trying to tell her I couldn't breathe and she went crazy, caused a scene & went to get her husband, Dr. McSweeney. Mask wearing is NOT a law, contrary to Sally's lies and false information. I have been to doctors offices, dentists and a hospital, none of which required me to wear a mask. There isn't one single place I go where masks are required, medical facilities included. This is a dentists office. Masks come off to treat children. They are literally inside children's mouths. I'm guessing Sally doesn't actually believe her mask and face shield work. I sure hope Sally & Tim McSweeney are masking up in their daily activities outside the dentists office. I hope they're wearing masks at the grocery store, country club, etc.. If not, this is all just for show. We chose to leave. At $5-6,000 for braces for each child, they just lost $10,000+ from us. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere and you should too. If Sally is this unhinged before we were even seen, I can only imagine how dreadful our entire experience would have been at McSweeneys.

Dr. McSweeney, Sally, Margaret and the entire staff at McSweeney's Orthodontists have made the…read moreexperience of getting orthodontists for both of my children seamless, convenient and truly amazing. One of my children was a devoted thumb sucker and was a hard case. Dr. McSweeney never gave up, was never intimidated by the situation and was so determined to provide her with perfection. My other child broke their jaw and was attacked by a dog all while wearing braces which complicated and prolonged the treatment. Dr. McSweeney took it all in stride and has continued to deliver amazing results. His staff is super accommodating with appointments, school and athletic schedules, flaky teenagers, less than perfect use of elastics & teeth brushing, etc. They are kind, thoughtful and patient people who are devoted to their work and their patients. I would go back to them 1000 times over and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontic provider!

Ashley who guided me to the patient exam room and did my triage/pre-assessment was very kind and patient, and also had some pretty stylish boots. For a medical office, I must say they were a stylish bunch and I let them know it, but I did go on their Casual Friday as they told me it was. The office was also very clean, smelled nice, and even was decorated for Christmas. It seems that they are quite booked because the physicals they had available to book were few which is a good sign. It's just a little bit challenging if you are a new patient (which I was/am). Overall, I just wished to say that the staff was very nice. Dr. Sarah (who is an ARNP, but i still call nurse practitioners and PA's doctors anyways lol) was pleasant and went through my health questionnaire and also addressed my cold/swollen lymph nodes concern. I also like that there is a pharmacy located behind the office as well. A nice added touch was the Christmas tree in the corner that had knit mittens on it that you could either take a pair from or donate a pair to. There is also a bulletin board that communicates things such as vaccine schedules, therapy help, and other things like a wellness drumming session which i did not know existed. I had to schedule my physical exam a few months out, but I appreciated the promptness of my appt. and the candor in which the staff demonstrated towards me. I hope this review helps start a positive review trend.

They had a rough patch a couple of…read moreyears ago with the office staff being rude but they seem to have made definite improvements as they have been amazing ever since. I see Susan Williams. I never met a more amazing health care provider. She actually listens and helps with your issues. The only reason I stayed during the rough patch was her. I have never regretted it. I also love the mitten tree at Christmas :)
