This Abilene-based shop had two of the nicest guys - a father-son duo - working the front when I was there (11/21/2023). The dad pointed out the mural on the wall outside before I walked inside. Gave me some insight about the local artist who painted it. Inside you'll find mostly 33s, but there's more... to 45s to CDs to VHSs and tapes, posters, speakers, record players, memorabilia... Ya know, I didn't see much blues. That was the only pitfall for me. I was stoked when the dad, a former schoolteacher, mentioned the NEW Billy Idol Christmas record I snatched was really good. "He's a real crooner on this one..." And that's why I love record shops. Check out their Black Friday sale... I'm missing out some really good deals, but that's life.
