It's on a little strip of shops and museums next to the Caverns entrance, so if you're there for that, you might as well check it out. It's small and self-guided. Typically, the toy displays are grouped by era so you can walk through and see the evolution of specific brands or style of toy. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but it is free to explore and it's right next to the one restaurant, so you could easily walk through here while waiting for your food order to be processed. Worth the price of admission.

It genuinely seemed like she was watching us to make sure we were "only looking," and it gave the impression she thought we might take something.
