Fantastic place. Lee and Jesus were really nice. I really wanted to find a retro video game place to play my ps1/ps2 and N64 games and this place had it all. While they didn't have most of the games I was looking for, they said that they always get new stuff in everyday, so that gets me excited. Take my back to my childhood! Play it Again is the place to be if you're looking for anything (video) game related. I was quite impressed by the amount of consoles, games and accessories a store of its size had, and I guess where it's located. I stumbled upon this gem while having lunch one day before a work meeting. It was definitely a find I was happy to discover. Totally unassuming you walk in and it's a total blast from the past. To me the biggest find are the in-box Nintendo Classics which have a hefty price tag of $300+. I get it, in some ways they are treasures, but even my quest for nostalgia ends there. Honestly, you name it, it's here. Everything from Game Boy to Game Cube, PlayStation and so, so much more. The guy working there was friendly and offered to help me out, but I was more in awe than anything. On my next trip down there I'm definitely planning to get me a Nintendo 64 which are selling for around $60. In many ways it's like a museum of your childhood. I couldn't get enough of it. Definitely a fan of this place and hope to get back here soon to spend (presumably a lot of) money on some old games. read more

This place is a hidden gem of Miami for gamers and self-described geeks. The owner is very friendly and clearly cares deeply about offering great service to his customers as well as quality items. The retro games and consoles he sells are well maintained, cleaned, and repaired. Unlike some other retro game sellers, this guy has a really thorough understanding of the tech, which you can tell by speaking with him and seeing how well repaired his inventory is. He also offers repair services so you can bring your consoles to be fixed or discs to be resurfaced. A big plus is that the retro consoles he sells come with a lifetime warranty. Whereas other retro game sellers (both online and brick-and-mortar) spike up prices, these guys always offer reasonable prices. I come here a few times a month because of the good prices and great service. Every now and then I come across some great finds. Great place for retro games and repair. I've gotten an Atari 5200 (2 units actually) and a Sega CD repaired to perfection. Staff is very friendly and informative. Pricing is great also. It's a pretty long drive for me, but well worth it. They even cleaned my Sega unit, (which was in desperate need of a little TLC) for free!!! Good stuff, I managed to buy a brand new broken seal gba sp, and other games. All the disks were in perfect condition and the owner even threw in some small freebies. The highlight of the visit was that we were looking for rockband bass kick pedals. While they didn't have they still looked in the back for us and found a few broken ones. They took the time to take from the broken ones to make 2-3 good ones and gave them to us. I have been all over fl and no one has shown us any care like this. LEE helped me out fixing my PS4 pro. Got it fixed the very next day. He was telling me my thermal paste was 1/4 and it he put a better thermal paste. The PS4 pro sounded like a jet engine before and now it's works great. It's not even loud as before. Honest man. I recommended my brother to take his PS4 and he also got it fixed. So after reading the Yelp reviews, I had to visit this store! I admit it was a little hard to find, but it's right in between the Dollar General and Naranja Beauty Supply store. I met the Owner (I believe his name is Lee, I forgot to ask!) and holy crap the PS2 selection only is HUGE! I found some old and new PS2 games I've been dying to try and also struck up a conversation with him. I told him about the games I've been looking for (which are very hard to find, and he says RPGs sell out quick!) He told me that I could message the store on FB of what games I'm looking for and to check in every couple weeks! I find that awesome customer service, especially with it being a niche store. He used to have an entire thrift store, but ended up downsizing and just keeping the gaming section, which tbh I love. The selection is massive, and you feel like you could be there for hours! I know I was there for at least one or two. Prices are EXTREMELY fair, and he also matches them for the average prices they go for online. Not many other vintage stores I know of do that! He also fixes, repairs, and restores consoles which is amazing, so all-in-all I highly recommend this store and will definitely go back. read more

Play it again is a hole in the wall video game store with games and accessories for gamers of all ages. The gentlemen who work here have a genuine interest in doing good business and both times I've gone to their shop I've found games at great prices and in great condition. I personally collect Nintendo Gamecube games and have found great games and even gotten discs resurfaced here. I'm sooo glad I found this shop to revive my N64 with an accessory that I needed! Poor guy Lee wanted to sell his stuff instead of buying, and the moment he saw my game super smash Bros, his eyes lit up with joy even though I told him that I wanted to buy something. It was a far drive, so my friend and I decided to stay a little longer after we got what we came for. The place is not too fancy, it's a simple efficient space with tons of collection of games and retro consoles. The owner is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really enjoys his business through what he does everyday. The guy who runs this shop is extremely fair and honest. I wouldn't haggle too much as his prices are pretty close to mp. He Has a good selection but you gotta pass by often to find hard to find titles due to high traffic at the shop. Dude is very knowledgable about the tech and titles and if he is not he does not bs you. Go here for games. Why pay 60 for an xbox one game when u can get a great 360 title fora fraction. This place has great service and awesome vintage video games. The owner was honest and even gave me a discount for Super Nintendo games which are not the easiest to find. He tested all of my Super Nintendo equipment and even cleaned all of my games. Since my console had the black screen of death, he sold me one that he cleaned and refurbished and had it ready within hours. I am very satisfied. The only negative thing is the distance.
