Sadly, I'm not a fan. Acai and green base are both too sweet for me even though I asked them to leave the honey off. Good amount of fresh fruit on the Pura Vida bowl, but for $22 it's too expensive for something that I didn't love. I love açaí bowls....eat them all over the country. Make them at home yada yada.... Anyway- they are solid!!! Lots of different toppings, and actually 6 different bases beyond açaí. Terrible customer service. I've visited multiple times, and every single time there's an issue. Pickup orders are clearly the last priority because the staff is more focused on getting tips. The service is painfully slow, and while long lines are common everywhere, here the workers seem completely indifferent--some even look high out of their minds. I love açaí bowls, and this spot is just downstairs from me, but it's definitely not worth the hassle. I'd rather pay for delivery or walk 20 minutes out of my way to get Overgreens. And to top it off, the açaí always has ice chunks because they don't bother mixing it properly. I had high hopes for this place, but it's been a massive disappointment.
