What a great find while visiting the area from out of state. They have an amazing selection of bowls, smoothies and juices. Acai bowls are me go to and I went with the tropical Acai bowl. I also got a proper education of the correct pronunciation of Acai. I've definitely been mispronouncing it this while time. The tropical bowl has everything I love in it. Pineapple, banana, granola and coconut flakes along with a heaping amount of Acai base. Loved every bite. I was shopping at a nearby store and realized I hadn't had lunch yet but was pressed for time. I looked around and noticed Playa Bowls and decided to give them a try. I ordered the staff pick of the month, the Açaí energy smoothie in the 16oz size. I love açaí and this smoothie also included strawberries, bananas and coconut milk. It did not disappoint. It was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The staff were friendly and seemed to work well together. The space is filled with natural light and welcoming decor and clean! They also have plenty of parking which is always a plus for me. I'll def return and try another menu item when I'm in the area. read more

If they're busy, walk out. I ordered online at 2pm on a Sunday. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 2:24 so i pulled in at 2:15. I got my bowl at 2:50. Multiple other people who ordered inside and online after me got their bowls. I asked twice where i was in the Que. When i asked the last time turns out 1 of me 2 bowls had been sitting in the to go bag on the floor by the register while the other one was being worked on. I got the second bowl and now my first one is all melted. They were extremely overwhelmed by the rush. If your that busy, turn off your online orders. read more

It's just okay. All protein add ins for smoothies are flavored and after 3 visits I can confidently say that they don't blend them enough.

Playa Bowls-Nashua is one of the greatest, healthy food restaurants in Nashua and southern New Hampshire. Playa Bowls far exceeds any like food offering at Whole Foods, across the street (skip Whole Foods, in favor of Playa Bowls-Nashua). The Acai Bowls at Playa Bowls are high quality, and loaded with fresh fruit. Playa Bowls offers several different bases, e.g. Acai, Chia Pudding, Green, Oatmeal, Banana, and Coconut, and an abundant variety of fruit and healthy toppings. The fruit is fresh, and not frozen. Never had a disappointing bowl yet! I like that you can customize your bases, I get the coconut and açaí bases whenever I order mine. A little pricey but I do think one bowl is enough to share. Playa bowls is amazing. I love all the options, love that you can substitute toppings for free, love that you can do half and half bases. Food is delicious, portions are good. Yes it's a little pricey but not surprising and on part with other places that do similar things. With that being said, the Nashua location could use some work on getting orders 100% right. I frequent this location and they get my order wrong way too many times. It's never something huge like the wrong bowl all together, the issue is always with the toppings. If I ask them to leave something off the bowl they put it on. If o ask for extra of something it's often not there. Again it doesn't happen every time but I'd say every other time at least. Today was the most annoying bc they added something that isn't even supposed to be on the bowl and that I didn't ask for and am in fact allergic to. Now of course they didn't know I was allergic to it but doesn't change the fact that it didn't come on the bowl and I didn't ask for it so it shouldn't have been there. One time they forgot to make my bowl all together. After seeing numerous people who ordered after me get their bowls I said something and was given a coupon for next time bc of the mess up.
