At one point it was kids taking care of other kids. Once I notified the Director she was on it. Very professional, very stern , and polite. My kids enjoyed the rest of their week. It is pretty expensive though. Do a lot of things but in my opinion not enough. Maybe a field trip here and there. But other than that they don't do to much.

They were always attentive to our concerns and all issues we had did get address, even if it was sometimes slower than I would have liked. 4/5 of the rooms he has been have been amazing and the staff genuinely loved him to pieces. My biggest issues I faced were cost, closures and location - I'm a civilian and the cost is a bit higher than I can afford with a second baby on the way and I don't get any of the holidays off. Not one. Those aren't their fault. I would recommend them as a caring facility that cares and is striving to get better every day. There are exciting things they're striving for and I wish them every success.

His teacher was very kind. The staff all was very nice. His teacher wasn't there much. I usually saw a different aid there each time we picked him up. This school coat us about $500 a month. We are willing to pay for quality, but we did not receive that at this school. The food served was very unhealthy and served in huge portions inappropriate for a child. My son is lactose intolerant and he was given milk on numerous occasions. One week of lunch included chicken nuggets, hamburgers, corn dogs, pizza, and fish sticks. With snacks of cookies and milk. Not acceptable at all for a 1 year old. One day we walked in and a little girl was eating a cupcake at 7am! They put diaper rash cream on our son after we asked them not to because it caused an allergic reaction. They would take them to play outside during the late afternoon,when it's the hottest part of the day. They never had water outside with the kids and my son would be beat red and very sweaty when we got there to pick him up. When going to pick up my son, he always had a dirty nose and face and sometimes even was missing a shoe that they just decided not to put back on. They sent him home in another child's clothes and diapers that were way to small for him on more than one occasion. The people at this school are very nice, but I believe they have too many children in a small area and not enough care providers. We decided after 2 months to remove our child from the program and put him at a different school.
