Billing fluctuates every month…read morebecause they add surcharges and random fees so you cannot figure out what your bill is going to be in advance. No statement is sent out. You get an email the day of the draft when the charges have already posted to your account. Operations Manager and owners are not available for questions and ignore all feedback. Front Desk staff is helpful but poorly equipped to answer any questions. For meets hosted by Triad you will volunteer a minimum of 20 hours for setup, tear down, and random shifts during the meet. If you cannot commit that much time you will be charged $200 to makeup for not volunteering. Expect tuition charges, team surcharges, uniform surcharges, associatoin fees, etc but won't be told in advance when you will be billed for it. You find out after the money is drafted out of your account electronically (electronic draft is a requirement). None of this is malicious, they just don't know what they are doing and since they are the only game in town they ignore any and all feedback. If there was another gymnastics option convenient to where I live I would definitely look into. It's too bad that such a great coaching staff works for a business that is managed so poorly.

They were very understanding when we had to move our date due to COVID travel restrictions and let us transfer the deposit to the new date. They worked with us at the last minute on the arch drop off/pick up time, and were on time for both the day of. They rolled with it when someone accidentally gave them chair sashes along with our arch drape, draping the chair sashes on the arch as well and even making them look like they were supposed to be there. Includes pizza and pop. The party is jumping first for 1 hour and 15 minutes. They start in room A and then to room B. The two rooms have different inflatables. The first room has a huge bubble machine. The second room has a floor video game. The 45 minutes at the end is rounding up the kids into the party room to eat, look at pictures on the TV that the workers take via digital camera, and open presents. Service is ok. Employees are young people. Some are teenagers. So their service isn't above and beyond par. They get the party scheduled and moving. I do like this place compared to other competitors. The difference is that they know how to schedule the kids and move them along. It's easy to maneuver and not as chaotic when there are multiple parties going on. No idea how they clean the place in between parties. (Hopefully they DO clean...???) But we recommend Pump it Up.

It is like Monkey Joes in that it is all inflatables. It is like The Playground in that it has different rooms with the play equipment in it. Of the three places mentioned I'd have to say I like this place the best. The facility has two big rooms and the two rooms have 6 inflatables total with three in each room. I posted pics of some of the inflatables. The big plus is that they have changed out and updated the inflatables unlike Monkey Joes who has had the same inflatables for years. Outside of the inflatables the rooms also have some small toys to play with and one room has a game that is broadcast onto the floor that the kids can stomp around on. As far as the birthday party went it was pretty cool. They start you out in one room for a set amount of time then move you to the second room for a set amount of time. Finally they move you into a party room for cake and presents. There were two people attached to the group and one person seemed to lead. He took pictures throughout the party and had them playing on a TV at the end. He also took notes and wrote down who gave what presents. All in all I'd definitely recommend Pump It Up for your kiddos and parties.

For couples with a smaller budget, I would strongly recommend talking to a different decorators/planners. Since I was paying for the entire wedding out of my own pocket without help from either of our parents, I would say I had a much smaller budget that other brides who hire white willow. When looking back through the emails and reflecting on my wedding day, I feel like I was never made a priority because of my smaller wedding budget. In the days prior to my wedding, I felt that my opinion and concerns became looked over or "pushed under the rug". Taylor's responses to my emails were very curt and short. I tried to set up a meeting to discuss my concerns in the week prior to my wedding, and she said she was too busy. Being told that she was "too busy" in the week prior to the wedding showed that I was not a priority to her. To conclude it all, there was extensive confusion about the tear down of the venue afterwards. Some of her staff was incredibly rude to the wedding party, who was only trying to help because there was no one in the wedding party knew we did not need to tear down the decorations (would have been nice to have that meeting the week prior to discuss details like this...). My sister-in-law found one of the white willow workers throwing decorations we had provided into the trash and then pouring the water and wax over them from floating candles.

My wedding coordinator gave me this horible news on a Sunday, 6 days before my wedding. By the way, it was not an ordinary Sunday, but mothers day Sunday. In a panic (and in tears) I called and emailed Beyond Elegance and several other companies for assistance, pleading my situation, hoping that someone to help me. Diana B. from Beyond Elegance is the only company that responded via email THAT DAY, even if they were closed for mothers day, and was willing to provide me with what I needed, rush order, in time for my wedding. The customer service offered and professionalism was above and beyond what any bride could ever expect. I highly recommend this company and suggest you give them more lead time than I did for even better service.
