Sadly we won't be returning, as lack of supervision of staff and another caretaker resulted in a child hurting several children before finally being asked to leave. We all understand that young children will have issues communicating frustration. However this child slapped a child bit a child and then bit my child in three spots before being asked to leave. My nanny pulled him off her as quickly as she could (she was holding a baby) while the other nanny was just sitting on her phone. Again, this kid had already slapped another kid and had already bit a different child! (Management confirmed this when I called) Why had the staff not intervened and asked the nanny to participate in play with the child in order to prevent more aggression on the first incident? I understand young children sometimes need help, but we all need to be safe. We did not pay to for our child to get hurt! Another major issue is that management had no plan on following up and informing the parents of the biter. If the nanny is negligent enough to let that kid keep hurting other kids, I doubt she was going to tell the parents! All in all this situation was handled poorly. (And yes my nanny feels awful that she wasn't able to keep her away from the aggressive kid!)

Tried this newer kids play place for our sons birthday and must say i was rather impressed…read more Everything is brand new and the space itself is rather large. They have a large all in one, two story play ground structer which features a large tube slide. The only negative i would say is the 2nd floor is big and parents aren't aloud up there, so can be a bit of an issues for littles. The tube slide has an employee who runs it. They have a smaller room for younger kids and 2 rooms in the back with cool stem like actives. They seem to have plenty of room for multiple kids party's and also have a swimming pool. Overall id definitely recommend.

Very cool spot. We decided to try this place out on my son's birthday. We had a crazy snow storm…read morethe day before and a lot of our plans were cancelled. Very clean and I like that they had plenty of room to wait until it was your time to go inside. I was very surprised that they charge $10 for a second parent to go inside, especially since adults aren't allowed anywhere on the structures. They have cubbies for your shoes and belongings. Inside is very cool and clean. They had so many tunnels and bridges around the whole place. My son is only 2 so he was nervous to explore since we couldn't go with him but for older kids I think this place would be a blast. They had little shops, a gym and other activities aside from the tunnels/slides. The also had a toddler room with little slides and tunnels which was great. Looks like they have a small pool and a big room upstairs for parties.

I recently came here for a child's 5th birthday party on a Saturday from 3PM-5PM. It's located in a…read morestrip mall that looks pretty abandoned so there's plenty of parking. It's a cute spot for younger kids as there's two little bounce houses and plenty of toys up front. There was also a hoop in the back for older kids but I would still say this facility is more for younger kids like 5 years old and under. There were kid sized tables as well as adult sized tables in the front which was nice so you could sit if you wanted. There were also benches by the bounce houses which the adults utilized. I'm assuming this setup is just for parties and not for open play/classes. The two hosts for the party who I'm assuming we're the owners were very friendly and approachable. The kids and adults both had pizza and the drink options were apple juice and sodas. I know there was a bathroom in the back which I did not utilize. At the end of the party, there was a little play dough type St. Patrick's theme goody bag (which my toddler loved) and water bottle given out. All of the kids at the party looked like they had a great time. Mine was very upset when the party was over and time to go home. Overall, as someone who attended a birthday party here, I would definitely recommend it for a younger child's birthday party!

The owner even made special homemade play dough with cute themed toys and beads in them for us and our guests. The kids had the most amazing time bouncing on all of the bounce houses. The smaller kids loved all the toys they had lines along the wall. The price was the best I have found in Suffolk county 2 hours for 10 kids and they shut the place down to the public which is huge for me because I have two kids under 5 and it's just safer not having outsiders there. The adults felt like they could relax because the place is big but not so big that you can let your kid go wild on the bounce houses without being right there you can see them. Great value for money, wonderful staff that's caring and everything came together easily. You can have a great party and not stress about anything. Just show up. Highly recommended.

Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.
