I said if there's nothing you can do for me then we're done talking, and ended the call. He called me back! Just to continue arguing with me and telling me for all he knows my stuff came in damaged. I'm wasn't asking for money or a replacement, I was asking for them to try and fix it as a good faith customer service attempt. They fricken have the owner there mon-fri doing laundry, it's not that hard to TRY.
