They accept dollars and turn them to quarters or you can use the card machine for tokens in return. 7.50 per wash for the medium/large sized washer and $6 for the biggest drier. Machines are improperly maintenances resulting in damage to items. Unwilling to provide reasonable customer service. The owner was rude to me on phone. I said if there's nothing you can do for me then we're done talking, and ended the call. He called me back! Just to continue arguing with me and telling me for all he knows my stuff came in damaged. I'm wasn't asking for money or a replacement, I was asking for them to try and fix it as a good faith customer service attempt. They fricken have the owner there mon-fri doing laundry, it's not that hard to TRY. read more

I went there several weeks ago after my washer and dryer died on me. I lost money in their soap dispenser and when I called and texted the number, got no response for several hours. When I finally did get a response, they asked for my address to send me the money. Awesome. Except I just got the envelope in the mail. They sent me laundry tokens that I can only use in their machines! What the hell is the point of that? You may as well have sent me arcade tokens for all the good it will do me. What awful customer service. I'm never going back there and now I'm out that money. read more

I love the wash dry fold service. I have 3 little kids, and this service is a life saver. They even sort the folded laundry by person!!
