I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

One of the machines I tried to use took my money, and the process to get a refund is quite antiquated and annoying. However, I did get my refund rather quickly in cash through the mail.

Very deceptive marketing practices. This establishment advertises discounts which they do not…read morehonor. They sent me a coupon for $4.69 for the price of laundering a shirt. They ended up charging me $9.99 for this shirt. When I spoke to one of their employees, John, about applying the coupon, he said that my shirt did not qualify for the discount because "it is too small" to press using their machine and was therefore treated like a "blouse" or "speciality shirt". Further, he pointed out that the "discount" applied to 3 or more shirts. When I took a third look at the coupon, the writing "with three or more" was so small, it would take a magnifying glass to notice. This is truly "fine print" and very deceptive. John would not listen to any feedback about being clear about the types of items that qualify for a discount. I found him to be very rude and condescending towards me. I also do not appreciate that they automatically charge my credit card before I have had an opportunity to review the bill. Lastly, two pairs of jeans that I had also sent for drycleaning came back faded. The receipt does not show how they cleaned these jeans, and it appears that they laundered them instead of drycleaning. The overall service quality, lack of clear communication and expectation setting is way below average for this business. I will be shopping for a new drycleaner.
