Cleaning of machines and the washhouse could be better. There is no one actively attending the washhouse, so everything looks rundown and unkept during business hours. One of the machines I tried to use took my money, and the process to get a refund is quite antiquated and annoying. However, I did get my refund rather quickly in cash through the mail.

The laundromat at my condo thankfully switched to the use of credit card a year ago, and I can't imagine going back to coins.
