I had a sudden funeral to go to where I was speaking, and this was a very tragic situation (even for a funeral) with a large showing. I needed a quick turnaround on my suit, but if I couldn't get a quick turnaround the suit was good enough - the waist was tight but still fit, and the suit could use a press, but was OK. I told them all of this, all of it - not only on the phone before I left but also when I arrived, and they told me BOTH TIMES they could have it before I left. They assured me. Then I got there the next day at the end of the day as discussed, not only did they not have it done, but it was half done and the pants were wrinkled and tossed aside - they were in worse condition than I dropped them off and were unwearable now! And, my shirts? Those were also wrinkled far worse than when I dropped them off. Then, they had the nerve to charge me full price even! He said "I told you to come by at 9:30am tomorrow" - I explained to him for like what was the 5th time: I needed to leave at 6am! He just kept repeating this!

I Politely responded that I have paid previously. The women has a certain way of processing prepaid receipts that are attached to the clothes with a payed stamp. In which case I replied is there a chance you made a mistake which she replied I never make mistakes. She Accused me that I was a liar. I even remember last week when I went in she seamed distracted but paid no attention. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. I won't recommend going here but if you do make sure you get a paid stamp on you ticket before leaving after you pay. I understand I'm not perfect and can make mistakes but they way this laid acted was so rude and no matter what she is not at fault. So I ended up paying and left. When it was finally ready, I picked it up, paid $8 for cleaning (a little expensive for just a shirt) and went home. There were stains on the shirt. The shirt went in without stains and came out with them. I will never use this place again, there are so many other dry cleaners to go to and I would rather drive half an hour than go to this one right near my house. 1 star, do not recommend to anyone. Low quality, low value, poor service.
