I was immediately warmly greeted on entering and offered assistance. That was a nice change -- as I don't fit the palm beach profile or look. I browsed the sale jewelry -- lots of interesting pieces. But I wound up buying something that wasn't on sale... Oh well, that is usually cause I have good taste -- per my husband! Ha ha. But I was happy. My chosen piece was put in a pretty gauze bag and then in another Chico's shopping bag. Check out was fast and easy. And yes, I'd definitely return here when next in the area. He was a plethora of information. When I went back to make my purchase I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. That's when TB asked if I'd be interested in a larger safe for the same price. Sure!! Between manufacturer and store discounts the larger safe actually cost less than the small on would have. The larger safe came equipped with the accessories I was adding on to the smaller one, so the same price was really less. Their guys delivered my safe today. They were so respectful of my home. They put down ramps as to not damage my door sill or frame. Once in place they explained how to reset the combination and all other details about my safe. I couldn't be happier with the experience
