I stopped by this past Thursday and told him that I had chicken tikka masala once and that it was rotten so he apologized and gave me one (from his cooler). I told him that he needs more ice because his food is sitting in the sun. Well, when I hesitantly opened the new container, and smelled it, I almost vomited on the spot. It was spoiled, again. I kept dry heaving as I ran it to my outdoor trash can. It was so bad. I would like a health inspector to check his food.
