The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and welcoming. We really enjoyed it. The only inconvenience was the parking payment. You cannot pay with a credit card or U.S. dollars, only Mexican pesos. Since Tijuana is a border city, that feels a bit inconvenient. We had to exchange some dollars into pesos, then come back to pay for parking. That was the only downside. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

I have experienced great customer service across all establishments I've been to in this shopping center. People of all ages can enjoy their time here.

The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.
