There are many good stores, and everything looks updated and stylish. It is a great place to shop and spend a relaxing afternoon. We also ate at La Macha, and it was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and welcoming. We really enjoyed it. The only inconvenience was the parking payment. You cannot pay with a credit card or U.S. dollars, only Mexican pesos. Since Tijuana is a border city, that feels a bit inconvenient. We had to exchange some dollars into pesos, then come back to pay for parking. That was the only downside. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

We picked up a relative at the Coffee Bean who was visiting from Mexico and it was a seamless pick-up. Parking is pricey, so I would recommend visiting some stores if you're here to meet-up with someone. Lots of folks pass through here from Mexico and vice versa.

Very arrogant and poor customer service and the attitude is so unbecoming of a manager. If she is the manager what and how doea she train her staff to assist customer? The different shops and restaurants have a variety of price ranges, so there is something for everyone to choose from. There are also two movie theaters which are quite popular. I come here whenever I want to catch a movie or shop at Sears since they closed down the ones I used to shop at in the U.S. They also have live music playing sometimes or clown shows with gifts for children. I have experienced great customer service across all establishments I've been to in this shopping center. People of all ages can enjoy their time here.
