The person they use to template only works 11 to which is when most people are at work. So it made it very difficult for them to come out to template. Then after several cancelled installation dates because the installer quit, they sent a new group who they were unable to communicate with because they didn't speak their language. They asked me if I could speak the language, and I could not either. Therefore, the end product was not what was agreed upon in our written contract and Bayside granite is unwilling to rectify this. Do your homework and shop around for a more reliable business.

While we did incur some challenges throughout the process, the final product turned out to be quite beautiful in my eyes. The kitchen is now light, bright and elegant, and the new built counter height master bath vanities are great, with lots of new drawers for storage. We did incur some additional delays that also were not of their doing, such as faucets that did not arrive on time or without essential parts. Chris and his team worked patiently through the process to final completion, and did so in a responsive, professional manner; always pleasant to work with. Two days after it was approved we were on the books. Ken and his crew showed up at 715 and did not stop working until 5. I found everyone to be very professional, hardworking and respectful. They had the old drive way out in an hour. After the driveway was removed, they set about to remove all of the tree roots and debris that was in place under the original driveway. After this they dug the driveway and front walk forms out, brought in some fresh fill and then tamped the ground down solid. Pavers went in, in 4 hours. After they were through, they cleaned everything up and even washed the street. Run, don't walk, to Superior Pavers. High praise to Kent and his crew. Very hard workers! Thanks to the craftsmanship of Johnny and Lawson at DUCS we have a beautiful new kitchen. They removed a wall, built a pantry, installed cabinets and flooring, painting and drywall replacement, installed lighting and appliances. Johnny is a skilled craftsman, the custom woodwork he did is beautiful and just what I asked for. They were a pleasure to have in our home during construction and left the space immaculate each day. We did not hesitate to hire DUCS for our garage conversion. Once again we had the pleasure of Johnny as our carpenter, and consistently excellent subcontractors. Our ugly garage became four beautiful new rooms, again finished on time. The owner Joey was very responsive from estimate through completion. The office team at DUCS was always pleasant and quick to help when needed. These projects were finished on time and to our total satisfaction.
