Unfortunately, I give pleasant vapes both prince frederick and dunkirk a horrible rating. Customer service is horrible and they have a huge lack of know how when it comes to vaping. I had to educate them about some of their mods. Not only is there a lack of know how, they completely do not give the best service. Attitides are consistent at both locations and they dont have a return policy period. If its broke they dont care. They will tell you to bring it in without telling you that you only have a week to do so. And if it is actually broken they wont take it back they direct you to call the maker. This entire company is unprofessional and not user friendly. As a long time vaper i was very displeased the worst store ive been to. read more

As vape shops go this place seems to just be getting on its feet so I will be going back after a bit to give a better review but there need to be some things taken care of. As a lounge I did not get around to experience it but they do have amazingly comfy furniture. Pros: Decent Juice selection mainly focused on Fruity Flavors and they do have amazing flavors!!!!!!!!! And they are one of the few shops that have sampling available and all of the samples worked which is unlike a lot of shops occasionally 3 or 4 don't work. I would say they have 25 flavors to sample. Price I would say is decent a little bit higher than I am used to but I feel the juice is worth the price and I thought the starter kit price was a little high compared to what I normally see but again the flavor was worth the money. $9.99 for 10ml. Guy behind the counter I believe is the owner is very knowledgeable on mods and juices and not much of an up seller which was a plus. Cons: I am a stickler for being on time. If you open at 11am the door should be unlocked at 11am sharp. There was 5 people waiting outside at 11:10 when shop opened up I almost left when he showed up. Getting inside he was by himself and the other guy who seems to work there was occupied on putting a tv up for the lounge and asked if I needed help and walked away before I could ask a question. Finally after about 25 mins I was helped. They need to make sure to welcome people in not just say Whats up. And they need to explain the sampling part to see the counter for the mouth guard and not refer to it as the mouth condom made me feel a little uncomfortable. Overall it was an ok experience I will be going back for the juice menu but not the service hopefully it improves. And people new to vaping for the area its really the only shop so if you are trying to quit smoking or just in for the flavor give this place a go its worth a stop to check out and I think once the lounge is fully up this is going to be a great place!!!! read more

Great store both guys working have a good amount of knowledge very friendly only down I can think is their house blend isn't made in house but other than that I will be going back plus they have a wide selection of Mech mods and Box mods and RDA's read more

I've never had a problem with them, as they are always friendly, helpful and are welcoming. I've gone to other vape shops in the county and only had issues with the staff being snappy and acting like it was a problem to wait on me. These guys are terrific! read more

I've been vaping for about 4 years. But I never used rebuildables. So I went to this shop and had the guy set me up. The mod I bought was grossly over priced and it was a clone in other words a fake. He didn't tell me this! He put a build in it for me which was nice. The build he put in it though was highly unsafe!!!!!!! Very low ohm the mod was so hot after three puffs I almost burnt my hand because it was a fake. I do not recommend going here. VAPOR 99 in Dunkirk right next to wawa is a lot better prices are pretty much what u find online. The mod I bought at pleasant vapes was 50 and it was fake I got the same one at vapor 99 for 30!!! And it was authentic simple mod. Smh I was upset I wasted 50 dollars. AND THEYRE SONY VTCS ARE FAKE!!!! The top caved in on the two I bought from them!!!!! VERY UNSAFE!!!!!! I live out of state but come to this area a couple months every year, I came here last year and was helped by two very friendly and helpful guys...I referred 4 people and they were happy too. However when I went back to this shop this year was very disappointed. The shop had a guy and girl behind the counter that were not helpful in fact seemed very unconcerned about my needs, did not seem to know a lot about vaping and not friendly at all. I asked where the other guys were and they just kinda ignored my question...gave me the impression....the transaction is done....leave. I asked the people I referred last year..,and they all said the place had changed and they go to other places. OWNER: you had a great little shop with hardly any competition. .. now you have competition. .. you need to get a handle on your business. read more
