Vape jungle is by far the best vape shop in southern maryland. They have the best customer service sales and management staff. Not only are they all very knowledgeable and friendly, they don't mind taking their time and explaining things to new or experienced vapors. The environment alone in their shops is welcoming, clean and organized. From the very first moment I've stepped foot into the Prince Frederick location, I was hooked. They told me all about the products and spent several hours with me explaining all the different type of boxes, mods, tanks and juices..even though i had told them I wasn't ready to make that leap from smoking. Once I was ready I returned to the shop where they not only helped me get the perfect box for what I wanted but even set it up and showed me every feature. I had been to other shops in the county and bought juices since then, but honestly when I went back to one shop and the guy that sold me a juice not even two weeks earlier, told me that the juice I asked for was not that great.. Even though he just sold it to me two weeks prior.. That visit was not all that "pleasant" to be honest.. Shows you that they really don't remember their customers too well... The biggest thing about being a part of the Vape Jungle family is... Just that... You are like a family member to them... I am now 10 months smoke free and a 100% vape jungle loyal customer (brother) for life. I would recommend this shop (by far the superior one) in the county to everyone. In response to what was previously stated the users review by cassidy m is just like the media this country has today. Details were left out she gave her version of the story and it was dishonest and distasteful. I will in fact tell you that Chuckie and Candice full fledged support military and even employ veterans. When you walk into a shop not knowing what juice your boyfriend wanted or what nic strength he wanted you should have called and asked him before hand. Then once you decide the juice you want you have your dad come in and ask to use his military discount for your boyfriends juice. Had it been for you or your dad it would have been honored but to ask for it for your boyfriend is completely wrong. That's a little thing called stolen valor and is extremely frowned upon. Your boyfriend didn't earn it. Idc if it's only 2 or 3$ it's the principle. Some people hold honor a little higher then others I guess. I have no buisness afiliation with vape jungle however I am a shop supporter. And what i mean by that is its one shop i make most of my purchases from. I was beyond skeptical of Vaping when it first became a thing, what could replace that "hit" of a cigarette? So I got a little set up from Vape Jungle after a friend referred me to them, she loved them, why not me? I sat down and probably tried every flavor that they had in the shop, some i loved, some were not for me. I learned a lot about the vaping process, and what my flavor palate was. Turns out i'm a fruity/caramel kind of girl. The staff at Vape Jungle didn't ever get impatient, or irritated with me and my million questions. And when my vape stopped working, I drop things often, Sam and Gabbi fixed it right up. Soon i was ready to find that "hit" again, Seth introduced me to the world of dripping. I have to say, it can be a real pain in the ass, but not having to build my mod, or even change my cotton is the best thing ever! I truly feel like part of a family when i walk in there, they treat everyone the same. I see more people hanging out in there on a Tuesday then most bars! I highly recommend to anyone!!! This shop is always on point! The juice is amazing, the customer service is excellent, and the products speak for themselves! The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help whether you are a seasoned vapor or a newbie! I was shocked when I read an earlier negative review of this shop, I have never had a bad experience, nor has anyone I have sent there! An employee named josh told me something when i walked in vape jungle for the first time. "We don't care if you buy anything, all we want is for you to leave happy". That statement had me coming back for more. They treat you like family at vape jungle. They will goto the ends of the earth to make sure you have the best vaping experience possible. I love everything about this place. Our area has needed a good vape shop for a long time. The employees take the time needed for each customer, they also make sure they are properly staffed. I went into a different vape shop close by and waited a half an hour to get juice because there was only one person working. The house juice is fantastic and the bar style atmosphere is perfect for trying juices or just hanging out. I will be back, probably everyday. read more

Great selection of juices and vaping products. The Customer Service Experience is second to none. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Have never walked into the store and not been greeted by a friendly employee willing to help.
