I was told after a staff member measured my gums that it would be over a thousand dollars to have my teeth cleaned. The person who measured my gum pockets I'm sure was unlicensed. I replied, "I want the cleaning and x-ray I paid for" The office manager said they could not do that. I asked for my payment to be refunded. I've never been to a dentist where I was asked to pay before the service. I now know why. They refused and asked me to leave. I asked them "what kind of business are you running?" Beware of bargains with parachutes, brain surgery and dental care. Sometimes it is worth a little money to find out what type of people you are dealing with. This office is a total fraud.

Which I did, her referral was one, I could not afford. I found one that I could afford and went there. When information was needed from their office. It was made difficult, such as providing X-rays already taken and paid for. To further complicate my process, only one of many were sent. I then had to pay for them again. Next, I did not get what I was lead to believe, would be attached to my existing teeth. What I paid a lot of money for, was nothing that I thought I paid for. It was a huge uncomfortable piece that crowded my mouth like a denture not an attached tooth. I can't wear it or believe that anyone would. When questioned; what I thought I was paying for, I was told that, I have to pay more, a lot more to get what I agreed and wanted in the first place. I don't have insurance and this dental practice is misleading and very costly. I'm stuck with an ancient, gross, huge mouth piece. When what I needed was easy but the process was made hard and I feel it was about making money, not the customers needs and ability to afford.

The service of Yesie was exemplary like the first time I went here. She paid attention to every tiny detail and worked efficiently on my mouth. I found this place spur of the moment and they were available immediately. Perfect. You get a pleasant sense of arrival entering the place. I was instantly greeted by my first name. The building was very clean, comfortable, and for children. I loved the all white furniture and wh against dark wood floors. The use of live green plants as decoration is brilliant- very Scandinavian interior decorating style (my favorite). I noticed a children's corner with stuffed animals, a teepee, and children's books. I have no children, yet it was comforting to see that they thought of making the place child friendly. Liz, the dental assistant, was very helpful. She was optimistic, affable, and nice. The dentist, Dr. Robert Galbraith was very honest in what he could do for my emergency condition and gave me good advice. He was kind, soft spoken, and understanding. He said it would be a disservice to do a quick fix. It might cause more problems. He explained it to me thoroughly. My insurance covered a certain amount and I was explained the cost of the dental service needed. The price was somewhat expensive, yet I was happy to have it fixed as soon as possible. The quality of service I received from Sango Family Dentistry was exceptional. I would highly recommend it.

I had been going to this dentist for 3 years for cleanings, fillings, etc. and was considering…read moregetting Invisalign's after I was told they could fix other areas that my previous Invisalign's from another dentist did not. It was out-of-network but insurance still covered most and the office was nice so I continued going. My husband (who hadn't seen a dentist in years) cracked 2 teeth and was in severe pain. Thankfully, they got him in the next business day. One tooth had to have a root canal and the other a filling. He was sent to an orthodontist in Clarksville that did the root canal and Sango did the filling. He was also told he had to have special caps for his teeth that insurance did not cover, gum treatment that had to be done in 2 treatments due to insurance, and scheduled him for another filling after looking at his teeth again. Overall, after insurance was maxed out, this cost us around $3000 and we hadn't even paid for the filling that was going to cost $500. This was an insane amount so we decided to go to another dentist that he had seen in his hometown. $200 for the filling they said. He went to his original dentist 45 minutes away and they quickly saw from his x-rays that his tooth was so bad that it needed pulled. And that it would only cost $500. The time between this appointment and the appointment Sango made for his filling was 1 month. No way the tooth had gotten that bad in a month's time span. We are both livid over the amount of work he has had done for so much money and the fact that he had to keep going back (roughly 6 appointments) just for them to keep telling him he needed something else done to probably keep getting money from these separate appointments. I have already switched dentist's and am hoping my teeth are fine after seeing how they handled my husband's case. Seems like quick and inadequate work to charge insurance and patients sky-high rates. Yes, everyone is nice and the place is pretty, but I'd rather have healthy teeth for less than a million dollars.
