They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! I really feel like it has some built in beauty feature or something because it even made my haggard looking ass look good. You will not find this quality elsewhere. Forrest is a great guy to work with! He is on his game, really personable, professional and a great DJ! Forrest listened to a few of the songs I wanted for the key moments and immediately picked up on the type of music I liked and what kind of vibe we were going for. He followed up prior to the wedding to run through the details and confirm and everything went super smooth the day of. We got so many compliments on him and I appreciate that he played a big part in keeping our dance floor going (I do have some of those family members who would be out there no matter what, but I was surprised about how many we ended up having!) and working with our wedding coordinator to stay on schedule without making it awkward was great; he segways very well. First, I chose them over others because of the panoramic design of the photo booth. Traditional photo booths are cool but when you have big parties like weddings, you need more space to take pictures with your 10 friends. Also, Cupics helps design the layout of what you want when the photo strip is printed. They have a lot of backdrops to choose from and also their services comes with costumes to make the pictures that much better. On the wedding day, they arrive early and setup quietly while my ceremony was taking place in the ballroom. Cupics did an amazing job setting up their wireless projector so everyone can see the images being taken at the photo booth.
