I had never seen these before so I asked the store clerk, Jamie (not sure if that's how she spells her name) about it. She explained how the arcade worked and I decided to check it out. The booths were roomy enough to kick back end enjoy yourself. I decided to also check out the theater. This was quite a new experience, and I definitely recommend trying it. There were several other patrons between the 2 theater rooms. A very nice couple visited one and that was quite the experience. Jamie helped me find a manual toy so I could return to the arcade without leaving a mess. I spent the day bouncing between booths and the theater. Jamie was very helpful and non-judgemental. I definitely recommend this location whether you are looking for a new toy or just curious for the arcade/theater experience.

I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.
