I saw that I paid full price but was like no biggie I"ll just go back to let her know what happen because her and I was talking and she probably forgot to give me the discount. I just left there and meet the Owner (Young Man) he did not give his name. I told him the above and he tell me that the sale is for certain gummies and that he will have to speak to Kiss 1st because he doesn't know if she did tell me that the sell is for those particular gummies (insulting) at this time I didn't know that I was speaking with the owner. I told him as a consumer when you walk and see advertise "All gummies 50% off" then that's what should be honored. He then states that it's Kiss fault for not explaining the sale to me. No accountability at all! It's his false advertising that's at fault and I told him signs should state "this selection of gummies are 50% off". I have always enjoyed my interactions with Kiss but when an owner allow me to walk out of their establishment unhappy and they're unprofessional he flat out accuse me of lying. He didn't ask me for my information, he didn't say to me something like; after I speak with Kiss and what your saying is true how about I offer you 20% off your next purchase. He came off like he was trying to embarrass me instead of keeping my business. New owner's trash! and I was told previously that the new owner is a Woman!

What's struck me every time is the lack of customer service in terms of basic acknowledgement of you entering and leaving, and of assistance in any way. My most recent experience in entering, there were 2 females, one I assumed to be the owner since she looked more mature. Zero acknowledgement. As I was leaving, the younger didn't bother to look up from her phone until I said bye first, then she muttered something. I truly don't know how this place has survived, they're just so plainly rude.
