I had a clog very deep in the pipes, couldn't reach it with 25' snake! He managed to find the pipe in the basement wall by the sound of the snake shaking inside! Cut out the small piece of drywall, made sure the pipe is there, cut out the square, cleaned the clog, installed the trap door. Next time this is my go to plumber!

We were billed for 3.5 hours to replace two toilets, plus travel fees. Based on our experience as property owners for over 30 years, the charges seemed high for this type of work. However they listened to our concerns and offered a credit.

At 345 pm I called and left several messages asking him to call . He did not. I found another company, Voltcom, that did excellent work. As for M Girard, I would doubt his competence as an electrician, especially as he was incapable of keeping an appointment and disrespectful of my time. I had to go to a hotel until Voltcom was free, and I would NOT recommend MGirard to anyone.
