However, after I missed one payment, their attitude completely changed. Instead of working with me or discussing a repayment plan, I was treated with rudeness, passive-aggressive behavior, and dismissed whenever I tried to communicate about my financial situation. I was simply told that the entire balance was due. What was even more frustrating was trying to retrieve my personal belongings after my vehicle was repossessed. My wallet, driver's license, credit cards, and food assistance card were locked inside my vehicle, yet I was told I couldn't retrieve them because the vehicle had "not been checked in." As a result, I went nearly two weeks without access to my identification or the ability to purchase groceries for my family. That is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, my vehicle was repossessed on my very first day at a new job. I couldn't help but wonder how the vehicle was located so quickly, and I have asked TitleMax to explain the method used to locate it. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of compassion. I wasn't avoiding my obligation--I was actively trying to communicate and work out a solution so I could continue making payments. Instead, I felt ignored and treated as though my circumstances didn't matter. Because of this experience, I have filed a complaint with TitleMax's Corporate Office and intend to report my experience to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies. If you're considering a title loan, understand the risks before signing. In my experience, once you fall behind, don't expect flexibility or understanding. I would strongly encourage consumers to explore every other financial option before doing business with TitleMax.

Parking in front of the branch seem to be a smart thing to do, however I noticed a few cars having…read moredifficulties leaving and backing out. This was due to the set up of the driveway being too close to the front parking spaces. Fairly difficult to get in and out when people are driving in. Parking was a little confusing on the side of the branch as well. The lines obviously showed two rows of parking, however every single car I saw doubled park on the front and back of the parking spots. The parking lines were clear as day, so I was not sure how it was okay to park the way they did. Regardless, I came on a Wednesday afternoon around my lunch time and there was a line. However, the line and wait was painless to say the least, and I was assisted by a teller name Cristal. She was nice and pleasant to work with. I just needed to deposit my check, and she quickly assisted me while letting me know that the app does allow you to take a photo of the front and back of a check to make a quick deposit. Rather than coming to a branch and having to find parking, this is a great alternative way to get your money without the hassle. Such a great tip and I will definitely take that advice!
