This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a loan company. When I first obtained my title loan, the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, after I missed one payment, their attitude completely changed. Instead of working with me or discussing a repayment plan, I was treated with rudeness, passive-aggressive behavior, and dismissed whenever I tried to communicate about my financial situation. I was simply told that the entire balance was due. What was even more frustrating was trying to retrieve my personal belongings after my vehicle was repossessed. My wallet, driver's license, credit cards, and food assistance card were locked inside my vehicle, yet I was told I couldn't retrieve them because the vehicle had "not been checked in." As a result, I went nearly two weeks without access to my identification or the ability to purchase groceries for my family. That is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, my vehicle was repossessed on my very first day at a new job. I couldn't help but wonder how the vehicle was located so quickly, and I have asked TitleMax to explain the method used to locate it. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of compassion. I wasn't avoiding my obligation--I was actively trying to communicate and work out a solution so I could continue making payments. Instead, I felt ignored and treated as though my circumstances didn't matter. Because of this experience, I have filed a complaint with TitleMax's Corporate Office and intend to report my experience to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies. If you're considering a title loan, understand the risks before signing. In my experience, once you fall behind, don't expect flexibility or understanding. I would strongly encourage consumers to explore every other financial option before doing business with TitleMax. read more

My family is client of TitleMax since 2015, we had done many transactions with them and understanding that it is a company that charge you very high interest and services fees and also knowing that it is a company that offers "easy" emergency loans holding our car title, we have not remedy bur repay back the loan, usually the service that they provide is friendly and even they accommodated with us on a difficult situations, but not yesterday: a "manager" calls us since our payments was ONE DAY late and he told my husband that the car will be reposed last night if we won't pay, my husband did let him know that we have difficult to make the payment on time online since their website was down, the manager said that in that case we should call them the same day (It was Sunday) to ask for mercy and forgiveness, otherwise the car was going to be pick it the same day, the manager told my husband that there is a new administration with very strictly rules and that their main focus is to domesticate us (as animals) in event for us to make the payments on time under any circumstances. Dare. I bet that this person can say that by phone but he will not say that in person to anyone, he acted like an ostrich that hide its face on a a ground hole. Shame of him. Titlemax took my car with my belongings in it. My belongings were broken and my gun stolen. I made a claim with the company but it was denied because they couldn't get the pictures from the tow company. I was given the pictures by a Titlemax employee these are the pictures. So I went to get my items out off my car Diana from title max gave my wife a # from up north when she called they told her to be there before 4 pm . We got there at 2 waited 2 hours then they told us that we needed to make an appointment , cool I made the appointment for today at 1p am . I got there at 9:48 signed in and waited until 10:35 , I got up and asked what the delay was and was told that they were running behind and to come back later . This place sucks read more
