Worst Customer service ! If I could give it zero stars I would. They have people that don't even know how to count money. I've cashed hundreds of checks there over the years and every time I go in there it's like they don't know who you are and every person that works there makes up their own rules. read more

Twice I've been sold an unlimited metro card when I did not ask for or mention an unlimited card. Unlimited local cards do not work on express buses and it should be stated when one is being sold one LITERALLY TAKES TWO SECONDS. Both times were extreme inconveniences considering I was now late to work after being humiliated and denied from the bus after just purchasing a metro card. Return policy should be lifted when it's the associates fault.. read more

I know it's just a check cashing store but they are super friendly and the first time I used them they called me later in the day to see if I was satisfied! Who does that? And they called me today to wish me a happy birthday!! I couldn't believe how nice that was!! I'll be their customer for life I'm sure... read more

I wrote a check that was larger than normal. They allowed the check to be cashed but lock down my account for fraud. I never received a letter, an alert, a notification an email except when the check started bouncing. The explanation from the rep was someone from the back office locked it down. A nameless faceless person. How do you allow the check to be cashed then lock down the account and not alert the account holder? The answer is simple. Santander is a terrible bank.

a friend referred me to pls to cash checks. he said he cashed many checks and the service was good. i went to the pls on victory blvd 3 weeks ago, filled out the applications and gave them the check and said deposit it and when it clears, call me and i will pick up the money. the rate was high 3% but i figured let me create a new relationship. i go back the next week and my application was not processed or check deposited? so i take the check go cash it at my regular spot. i give them another shot, go back the following week with another check and the same routine. go back today a week later and the check is not cashed. they said they could not verify the check. I say "why don't you call me, yo have my numnber" in the 3 weeks not one phone call. i would say management lacks knowledge. i gave them 2 stars, not one because of my friends good experience, not mine. read more
