Parking was a breeze and right in front, the location itself is an adorable old craftsman style home with large open spaces that never left me feeling crowded, unlike my normal N. Dallas corporate salon experiences. Tristan was on time, cordial, and made good recommendations based on my general style/hair cluelessness. The shampoo experience was to die for and the cut/style thorough, gentle, and detail oriented. Often when the details are well taken care of, time suffers, but not in this case. Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set.
