I was hesitant at first because as a black man I wasn't sure if they would be able to handle my hair, but I was assured that this other stylist was a fade master, haha. Turns out she was and my haircut came out great. All in all I was in there less than 40 minutes between my brief wait and getting my low fade haircut finished, so I wasn't disappoint with that. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out.
