Mankind has constantly yearned for perfection. We have found it in Plum Creek. We have never had a more helpful shopping experience. Jason was so knowledgeable about the brands and sizes. He knew exactly what I wanted and understood the style I was going for. There is a lot of variety in the store. He took the time to measure my feet and was very friendly. The store is very Covid safe. If I ever need another pair of shoes I will be returning to Plum Creek. read more

The thing that makes this shop so great is their employees! Everyone is super upbeat and helpful. I called ahead of time to see if they had what we were looking for. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to share that they didn't yet carry that style but they would be getting a shipment in within a week. Cool stuff but limited size selection and the employee was very rude and asked me to shop online outside of the store. We would not have to shop online at all if they had the correct size. The largest size they had was a 9 and we needed a 10, so they couldn't help us. There was no reason that I needed to step outside the store while I waited for my sister to put her shoes back on. There was no one else inside the store except our party to hear our discussion and they didn't have what we needed it any way to get it for us, so there was no reason to be crabby and rude. Won't be coming back, especially with the proliferation of cheaper options online these days, minus having to deal with disgruntled employees. read more

This was a very nice and clean shoe store. The worker was very polite and helpful. They had a wide range of shoes including sandals, hiking shoes and boots, and dressy shoes. Great store with awesome service. They had an extensive selection of Chaccos, Vibrams, Merrells, Keens, and most of the other big name hiking and outdoor shoes. No, these shoes aren't cheap but if you do a lot of outdoor activities you know to pay for quality. 10/10 would not recommend. Went here looking for a pair of shoes that we couldn't find anywhere except online. Once we found them we decided to look the same shoes up on amazon to make sure we were getting the best price. The person that was helping us out didn't like it so he went to go make a sign that said something about not being people's window for online shopping. Once we found that we would be getting a good price there we asked to see it in a size 11 and 11 1/2 men's and he quickly checked and said they didn't have it. The man was very rude after seeing us on our phone just to make sure we were getting a fair deal. Great prices and selection. Horrible service and workers. read more

We stopped in at the Plum Creek Shoe Station in Estes Park to look at Cowboy Boots and Hats. Jan

I went there looking for some shoe insoles because my feet hurt after biking. The person working was verg attentive, and he recommended a decent pair to me. Size selection was very limited so there were only 2 insoles for me to choose from. I put them in the footwear, and he said it was fine to walk a few laps around the store. Given that it was a $45 purchase I was obliged to do so. My second lap around the store, with my family still inside just talking and browsing, he comes outside and says "You've been gone pretty long. Do you still have the insoles." Obviously I did as I was just walking around to see how they felt and clearly wouldn't have brought my family so I could shoplift, but I was polite and just said "yea." He then says "Maybe you better come inside with them." We ended up buying them, but overall the worker implied I was stealing and refused to let me walk more than 5 minutes in circles around the store in a $50 product I was about to purchase.
