I do not understand why Yelp decided to have their software algorithm omit them. The standing negative reviews are fictitious in her & my opinion. She told me she does not recognize the names or time frames, so maybe they are fraudulently posted by jealous competitors. In response to the negative but IMO peculiar reviews, I would point out that hiring an interior designer means you have the taste & money to obtain those services. It is not for people who don't understand how the design process works. And it is not for people who think they are going to get bargains. You get what you pay for. If you are considering Ms. Parsons as your interior designer, I urge you to visit her showroom and design atelier at Pure Design of Naples. And one last thing, Ms. Parsons has a certain eye and style, just as do fine artists. She can do period and style designing if you request it, but her personal style is about beautiful clean lines, handsome colors & textiles and contemporary furniture that will wear well over the years. Caution going to this company. We purchased a Modern History desk in October 2024. It was delivered…read morethe summer of 2025 and put in storage until we moved Labor Day weekend of 2025. Within one week of using the desk one of the wooden drawer sliders broke off. We glued it back on. The next week another wooden draw slider broke off. When we called the store we were told we used it too long for anything to be done. And that they don't carry that line anymore. So, no customer service for a product clearly defective.
