This was a wonderful experience and I knew I wanted my son to attend Lynn Rose when he was old enough. Without hesitation, I met with Ellen and enrolled my son and paid the first deposit. He was expected to begin September, 2019. Yes, at this time, I knew the first deposit was non-refundable but I never imagined 4 years later, when I got to know and understand my son, this deposit would still be non-refundable. Please do not make the same mistake I have made. Please know your child before enrolling them in any private school. At the end of the day, they are a business and they need our money to function. Today, four years after making the deposit, I contacted Ms. Baldini to explain to her my son is not ready for full day JK. She replied this was not a problem but my deposit was non-refundable. There was no understanding, no flexibility. The situation did not matter. We did not matter. I am sad and disappointed. All I can say is please wait until you know your child.

They donot have any clue of Customer Service but are also very rude and impolite.
