Amy and Donna have been a constant source of helpfulness during the last two years. Due to the wonky hours they've been told to follow (later openings, and closed for lunch) Amy and Donna go the extra mile to help people by pulling business night drops 2x a day- instead of just the morning (like many other banks). I can't tell you how many times I've squeaked in just before lunch break to make a deposit and get a change order. Each time I am helped with a big smile. There was only three employees and one customer! So they asked if they could each open an account! They were told only by appointments! Then they went back to playing on their phones! So they will go elsewhere!!

Early morning I log into my acct. I check my acct each morning. Then I get the "every other month "…read moreverification" via text must happen first. So I wait....wait.....wait....3 minutes...I go get my debit card and call...."no ones their yet, ...wait another minute then I press, send ANOTHER text verification code as I never received the first verification code...then I get 2 verification codes but FINALLY able to log into my acct. RIDICILOUS!! Why do I have to jump through these hoops every once in awhile to log into my acct? A 5 minutes I will never get back. It's bad enough our local Golden 1 is STILL on the "covid" operation hours, they don't open until 10 am. YOU suck Glden 1!!!

Had them send a transfer wire internationally it got lost. I was told they have 90 days to resolve…read moreit. Phone calls have at times taken days to call back. I was told to have my other party go to the international bank to look for the funds. So now I'm trying to find my money that got lost? I asked if they had tried emailing or calling other bank which was no. I have sent this same wire 2 other times from my old bank with no problems. Not happy! 9/25/19 Update: well after 30+ days my money returned to my account. It was a local teller error. This whole experience was stressful. While I would NOT recommend the Susanville branch due to incompetence & integrity issues, I would not condemn the company as a whole. Thank you to Kimberly from the social media branch she worked hard to get this resolved.
