Truly amazed by how great this company is. In 2016 decided to build a new home. We were unsure…read morehow to heat/cool our house. Very limited options where we built. Someone suggested Geothermal. Did a little research and found this company. From the beginning, from the first meeting at their office, until the closing on my house, their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willing to work with me on my vision, was nothing short of exceptional. Even after the closing when I was having water issues, not directly related to the Geothermal system, they continued to go above and beyond to help address the issue and worked with me until it was resolved. The Geo system itself is incredible. It's quite, efficient, and hardly generates any electric. It's computerized as well so they can monitor the system from their office and adjust it to give me and my wallet the max benefits. I wouldn't choose any other geothermal company if you are considering geothermal. I'd choose them on their professionalism alone. Their involvement every step of the way was second to none. Start to finish, no one beats Aztech!

Can't say enough good about this company. Totally professional and trustworthy from top to bottom…read more Incredibly responsive, excellent communicators, and tops in meeting their commitments. In 2013 they installed my geothermal HVAC, retrofitting my 100 year old farmhouse without ripping it apart when they installed ductwork. They even incorporated my propane furnace (at my request) to use that blower system and provide backup heat in severe cold. When the furnace blower failed earlier this year, they replaced it temporarily with a spare furnace of theirs, and now have installed the long term solution, a hydronic air handler with electric coil for back up on severe cold. So now my heat is efficiently provided just with electricity, and since I generate my own electric with photovoltaic, I now live in a near net zero home. No more propane bill, and I've paid in advance for a lifetime of electrify, so no more electric bills! And a home that is evenly heated and comfortable all the time. If you are considering geothermal, this is the company to contact. DO NOT go to a plumber! Aztech has real engineers who calculate heat loads after testing how tight the house is and design the system accordingly, not seat of the pants like your plumber.

We had family arriving for…read morethe recent Holiday and the temperature in our home had fallen to an extremely uncomfortable level. I reached out to David in a panic. Not to worry... David arrived to identify and resolve the problem. He was able to replace the defective ignitor in our heating (radiant) system. David had previously replaced our original, defective, leaking boilers with a single, very efficient Lockinvar boiler. The added advantage of the current system that David installed is that he can at all times monitor via an app our heating system. He can become aware of a potential heating "problem" even before we do. When required, he has been able to walk me through how to make the necessary changes on the Boiler settings. My only "complaint" (not really) is I had to "beg" David to send me a bill. When I finally received the invoice I found it to have been very reasonable given the emergency call on a late Friday afternoon before Holiday. I would strongly recommend David Sellers Mechanical when and if you require reliable heating service.

Upon informing her there was no second bidder and I simply need to ask a lot of questions before spending $30k, she refused to believe me and demanded $250 to finish the quote that was initially described to me as feee. It also took over a month to go from design conversation to a written quote in my email, and David never did an official, detailed walkthrough, showing me where everything would go. However upon receiving the quote, he expected a $10k deposit check from me THE NEXT DAY, even though that was a Saturday and I had less than 12 hours to review the quote. The amount of drama Rebekah created due to her interpreting my questions about a huge cash outlay as unfounded paranoia about me shopping the work around was extreme. Even if I was shopping the work around (which everyone tells you is good practice, to get multiple quotes) it shouldn't matter, but I wasn't doing it (don't have the time with all the other house projects) and when I would try to tell her this, she talked over me to tell me about her company's web site / online dedication to her husband. All in all, David is a hard core, professional-as-you-can-get worker, held back by an extremely unprofessional manager / scheduler who sees enemies instead of customers with questions proportional to the large amount of money they're spending. Great for repair work; worse company I've ever dealt with for planning and executing a large project. (See my review history here, there are good HVAC companies out there and I've reviewed them.)
