They told me they could come within an hour, and they arrived exactly as promised. They came prepared with a snow shovel machine and were ready to work immediately. It was a father-and-son style team -- his dad (in his 50s) and his cousin (in his 20s). I was honestly impressed seeing them run a family business together and helping each other out. It felt trustworthy and professional. We had agreed on a price to clear just one parking spot in the driveway and clean snow off one car, leaving the rest.
