We had a closing with PM Title for our New Construction home in Sunbury. The office was very clean, and comfortable. Our closing rep was courteous and professional. She explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. Overall, we are happy with closing with PM Title, but I'd have to honestly say, it took several calls to their office to push the recording through. HOWEVER, once I got Mandy Swank on the line, she and Justin did an absolutely outstanding job with recording our paperwork (there were a few issues with the original purchase contract that needed to be reviewed by their attorney, so it had sat for a week against my knowledge). I would strongly recommend that you request Mandy or Justin to handle any issues you may have with this office, as they went above and beyond to ensure our issues were adequately resolved. Mandy's follow-up game was unmatched; she sent me several emails and called me to give me peace of mind that they were doing their jobs. This was the reassurance I needed, and in the end, I can honestly say that they redeemed themselves for any prior delays that occurred. I would use this Title Company again, I imagine the previous unfavorable reviews may have been one off situations. read more

My house closed on June 13 (I was the seller). On June 27 I get an email from a utility company, stating that the house is still in my name. Needless to say, from a liability perspective, this was very concerning. Sure enough, I go on the auditor and register of deeds website, no deed was registered and the house was still in my name. I called the evening of the 27th, and PM title said they couldn't do anything until the next day. No explanation was given as to why they had not registered my deed. I contacted the listing and sellers realtor. Finally, after I sent a very stern email that evening regarding liability and fraud, the deed was registered on June 28. I paid PM title almost $1,000 to print off a few pieces of paper, and yet they can't even register the signed ones within 2 weeks. I recommend finding another title company. Also, on June 13, I was told that if I didn't received the wire transfer that day, it would be done first thing the next morning. At 10:30 on the 14th I called because I still didn't have my money, they said I should expect it within the hour. Why should I have to call to get my money instead of them just doing their job and sending it to me? read more

This would be the last company that I would ever recommend if all their people are like Renee. She was rude and might I say nasty at times. I have purchased 2 homes and 2 condos. Never have I had inter action with the title company until closing. I was sent closing date for the Saturday after I signed to purchase on Tuesday before. This is before inspection or Appraisal . I was not able to do a walk through before closing and her words on that are not worth repeating. The date for payoff was wrong and she should have caught that but no I get a call from her saying I needed to go to my bank and pay another 108.27.to close out the loan. Not one of my conversations with her were pleasant. If I am making money from someone I would at least try to be nice and not a Ms. No it all and be condescending to my customers. Do your self a favor and don't go this route. Lots of title companies out there. Shop around. read more

We are buyers that paid cash. Seller picked this title company. This was the most unpleasant and most professional closing we ever attended. Daniela never greeted or introduce herself after other reception asked for our drinks. I apologized for being late having to drive 2 hrs. She started the closing with her side turn to us and feet on the chair next to her. Had an attitude from the beginning. There's no communication. An email with attachment and no message is the best you will get. Do yourself a favor and ask for a different title company or processor or your purchase will be in jeopardy. read more

A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I was moving long distance between New England back to Columbus, OH. I used Bridget Almashy from RE Max / Apex in Lithopolis, OH as my agent. She recommended Cate Finch of Pm Title at 3894 Broadway in Grove City. After speaking w/ Cate on the phone I agreed BUT this turned out to be a mistake. Nothing went right with the purchase or closing. Bridget didn't represent me well. I had an addendum attached to the P & S contract to protect me, notified Cate, spoke to her directly and forwarded this information for her to sign & acknowledge so there was no conflict or mistakes made. Unfortunately neither Cate or Bridget acted properly on my behalf or followed their instructions and closed on the house w/out my knowledge. I visited PM Title office at 3894 Broadway in Grove City, the manager & secretary had no knowledge of this & stated Cate also didn't know. I showed the manager the emails & documents forwarded, shared and signed by Cate acknowledging the addendum & she agreed Cate lied to her. She should've been suspended and/ or terminated immediately BUT I was informed while in the managers office an Investigation would be started. I will not recommend PM Title, it was a regrettable experience. read more

PM Title will make it happen! The answer their phones, emails and text messages everyday and anytime. This is a huge help for me as a realtor. My experience with PM Title was totally stress free! My husband and I recently sold a property and used PM for our title work and closing. I've never been more pleased with a title company! Derek led us through the process without any issues and also added some humor to the situation which we greatly appreciated since we has to handle our part a week prior to the buyers closing due to a scheduling conflict (trAveling for work). Every thing was done timely and accurately, didn't lose a minute of sleep over it! Although Derek offered to meet us anywhere- we closed in the office in Grove City and it's such a nice office- nicely decorated and trendy. We'll definitely use them again for our next property!
