I currently have a family member who has been with this realtor company for many years now, after several years of hassle my family member is now starting to see this company for who they really are, there are full fledge crooks and shouldn't be in the realtor business, The BBB has several bad reviews regarding this particular company and I can understand why now, they treat their occupants as lower individuals and in my eyes seem to have a lack of respect. I definitely would not go through this company. Went through them for two properties back to back. Took days to be responded to about maintenance issues. Got to the point we hadto replace our own toilet. Moved to the second location after 2 years at the first location. Then it all went bad. We lost all our items in their basement that leaked water bad. As well as the stove that went out due to electric problem. We had to buy a new stove and we painted the whole house before we moved out. (Which was way more presentable than when we moved in). Everytime we threatened to put our money in escrow we received an eviction notice. We would always pay on the first when they we're still located on Stringtown rd. We had to complain every month because we were charged a late fee. We were told that they didn't put the payments into the system on the 10th so the computer automatically charged a late fee. Which seems too me like a lie at the time but I do not known the truth on that.after the lease was up we painted the house and was later on about 8 months later charged for a sliding g door which the home didn't even have. As well as water damage from their basement that leaked from day one that they knew about. When mold began to grow on the wall they sent somone out to keep painting over it and not removing it. Would not recommend because they were not willing to work with the false prices. Ran into a few people at the payment office as well with simular problems. I'd advise you take pics as well and make sure you take them to court asap and not wait. BE CAREFUL PLEASE read more

this company is the worse of worse they rented me a house that they knew had housing codes violations since 12/16/2024 but before they bought it I went on the city of columbus website and the house has a history of previous owners has a history of not taking care of the house it has rats and begs infestation and black mole they told the mediator they wanted me to moved due to housing codes violations I felt they should of never rented me this house with alot of problems now they are threatening to filed a eviction on me due non payment of rent which is bullcrap cause they deactivated my payslip paynearme account I have proof I tried to pay my balance my advice to any tenant documents and take pictures and videos and screenshot and emails and do research of the property to see if the house has housing codes violations before deciding if yall want the house because iam going through this like right now read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company's management is HORRIBLE. Their communication is HORRIBLE. We had an issue with our toilet and was not informed until AFTER they came to fix it that due to the issue we would be financially responsible in paying $770. They gave us 30 days to get this paid. I have reached out numerous time in trying to get the payment option restored on our payment portal and keep being told no because we are behind, which is incorrect. The customer service skills are in need of much improvement when communicating via text. The managers are very rude and condescending. ERA is the worst ever, they charged 2,000 dollars for my floor the next day again when i already paid it then they charged 500 for my sink when they didn't fix it correctly the first time the next day they told me it was they fault. then i had ants on my mantle piece then then it took them a whole month to come and fix it then my cieling started leaking water i called them they didn't do anything about it. Don't waste your gas, time or energy. Bad for buisness.Paid $100 never heard anything for about 2.5 weeks but they will tell you process is 24-72 hours.After reaching out (because i haven't heard back or recieved anything.)I get an email saying that i was approved. Then a week later i was told via email that i was denied.We applied at the beginning of November.Basically waited 20 days to get denied. Then had the audacity to ask if we wanted to look at another property.I think this might be a case. read more

ERA real solutions Realty property division is a horrible representation of a property management company. Their records are incorrect, incorrectly posted to the accounts, payments deducted from my bank and held for weeks before being applied to my account, causing late fees, and threats of proceedings being filed. I live in Cincinnati ohio and I have to be honest and say that I was treated fair and nice when Era real Solutions Reality took over the property I was living in. But the problem came in when I moved and requested my deposit back after I returned the keys and I showed proof that the apartment was clean there was no damage. I spoke with Lica and she said she could not accept a text from me as a 30 day notice,but the problem was with all the back and forth with section 8 expecting the other apartment they didnt have a move in date yet for me to give a 30 day notice which was explained to her and she still didn't won't to understand the situation. I didn't owe any rent and rent was never lost either. Nick the Dick also refuse to give me back my $1100 double deposit which was in the lease agreement, He said I broke lease,but my lease was up so I didn't break lease so he came with another lame ass excuse to not give me back my deposit. He said because I didn't give 30 day notice that they lost rent. But in my lease it says I was to pay a prorated amount for April 9th 2019 of $385 which was first months rent and I was to also pay last months rent of $550 upfront. I moved out June 28th. July would have been the last month so therefore they never lost rent to begin with. And the Ohio law says I am to give a 30 day notice, but Ohio law also says that they are to send me a itemized list of damages or clean up cost if any and they never sent me a itemized list in writing. So I am suing for my deposit and I am suing for double my deposit because Ohio landlord and tenant law says I can sue for double what they are holding back. I gave a one star rating because they are breaking the law by not giving me my deposit back. They are stupid because they are going to be out of more money than they owe me. They dont even wont to talk about it and work it out. If it was me I would rather pay 1100 than 2200 but hey if they want to give away more money than what they owe than I will accept the 1100 dollar tip. read more

I have applied through this Management company that had some homes for rent. I applied the first time for a home that they had informed me was still AVAILABLE and no applicants have yet applied for home. I applied for the home and never once received any type of communication stating that I was approved or denied or the home. I contacted ERA and they told me that the house was already rented. I asked them why they would tell me to apply for a home that was already rented? a couple months passed and another home came for rent. They encouraged I apply and be the first application which I did. Then they fed me a line they had a previous tenant jump into that house. BOTH TIMES IVE APPLIED i have never recieved confirmation stating i was approved or denied. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILL, DOESNT RETURN EMAILS NOR PHONE CALLS. CANT EVEN GET A REPORT THAT THEY HAVE RAN FOR MY APPLICATION. I THINK THEY LIKE TO TAKE APPLICATION FEES TO RENTED HOMES. DO NO APPLY OR RENT FROM THEM. DREY IS A LIAR read more
